All ICAR Institutes covered under RFD are ISO certified

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES) of Government of India was implemented for various Ministries/Departments in September, 2009 and subsequently, the Responsibility Centres i.e. Subordinate Organizations of the Ministries/Departments were also covered. All the 97 Responsibility Sub-Centres (Institutes) of the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) and Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), under Results-Framework Document system of Government of India, are now ISO 9001: 2008 certified. This assures delivery of high quality services by the organization.
