Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare visited ICAR-ATARI Kolkata

During interaction with the Scientists, Shri Singh, emphasized on the establishment of additional KVKs in the districts of North 24 Parganas, Malda and Jalpaiguri of West Bengal.

Minister also released compilation (in Hindi) entitled ‘Krish - Purbi Kiran’ on the occasion.

Directors and Heads of local ICAR Institutes , Heads of Regional Stations of the nearby ICAR Institutes and all the Scientists and Staff members of ICAR-ATARI Kolkata were present in the event.
