Director General, ICAR addresses EDP Participants at ICAR-NAARM

“There is a need for the realization of the various traits of leadership and their role in enhancing the efficiency of the NARES”, stressed Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Secretary (DARE) Director General (ICAR). Dr. Mohapatra was addressing the valedictory session of the “Executive Development on Leadership for 15 Research Managers of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research” organized at the ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad from 9th to 14th May, 2022.

In his valedictory address, the Director General also advised the participants for implementing the key learning of the programme including the plans for change in the behavior and attitude.

Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad underlined the inclusion of more case studies related to the financial and administrative issues pertaining to ICAR in the future programmes.
